INSPECTIONS

A critical component of structural engineering is a third-

party inspector to ensure that the work is designed and

constructed to the prevailing building code.  Both visual inspections

and invasive testing are conducted by PK Associates for both the 

substructure and the superstructure. 

 

PK Associates execute these inspections for the buildings that are

constructed in multiple areas, including those subject to earthquakes

and extreme weather.

 

Formal documentation is provided certifying the building's structural

integrity and/or areas of defect.
