Self-Certification Process

The City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department has implemented  a Self-Certification Program which when certified eliminates building plan reviews by allowing a registered engineer to take responsibility for code compliance and certify that the specific project compies with the Phoenix Building Construction Code.
