This 20-story 350,479 SF apartment tower adds to the growing and vibrant Tempe skyline. The ground level consists of leasing, amenities, and retail space, along with canopies to shade the sidewalks. Levels 2-5 provides parking for 203 vehicles and levels 6-19 contain 252 residential units. The amenity decks include 2 courtyards facing east and west that offer a more intimate outdoor experience on the 6th floor, whereas the 20th floor contains a pool, hot tub, covered terraces, lounge, and fitness area. This tower is constructed of post-tensioned concrete slabs supported on CIP concrete columns, caissons, and grade beams.
