Built in 1990, the exterior of Arizona Center was given new life with a new vibrant, refreshing design. Located in downtown Phoenix at Third Street and Van Buren, the renovation project included adding a large shade structure, pedestrian bridge, and various outdoor areas. The design upgrades provide a modern feel that increased attractiveness, as well as additional customers and tenants.

The Arizona Commercial Real Estate and Development (RED) Award honors commercial real estate brokers, architects, contractors and developers for notable commercial development projects throughout Arizona.
