Located on the west side of Tucson, this global surface mining and technology company employs 600 employees in the 3-story 150,000 SF office headquarters building.  The building design includes high ceilings and a narrow floor plate. A 99,720 SF, 2-level parking garage with 307 spaces is also part of this project.
