Chandler Viridian is a 26-acre mixed-used development located in the heart of the Chandler retail entertainment district. PK Associates provided structural engineering for a 6-story building with 250,000 SF of Class A office space (LEED Gold Certified Core & Shell) and a 3 level open parking garage with 580 spaces constructed of precast concrete, double tees, 60 ft. span, CIP concrete spread footings.
