The STEM classrooms are part of the GCU’s Technology building. One of two buildings dedicated to STEM learning, the 173,000 SF 4-story building contains innovative classrooms, labs, lecture halls, and office space. The construction type is post-tension slabs with long-span conditions on the end bays. PK Associates also provided structural engineering for the 84,100 SF Engineering building.
