The Hampton Inn & Suites is a 11-story, 210 guest room hotel located at 1st Street and Polk Street in downtown Phoenix, near the ASU Downtown Campus. The 130,000 SF hotel is constructed of post-tensioned concrete on a steel frame podium. Exterior walls, columns and closures, as well as interior wall panels were prefabricated by Kapture. PK Associates also provided structural engineering on the high-rise adjacent to the hotel, the Freeport McMoRan building.
