Maricopa City Hall and Police Station

The first phase of this 10-acre development included the 45,000 square foot Maricopa City Hall and the 11,000 square foot Maricopa Police Station. The new city hall is a two-story structure featuring council chambers and open office space for various city departments. The new council chamber, located in Maricopa City Hall, has room for up to 153 people. The new Police Administration Building has separate detention areas for adults and juveniles.
