Located on the southeast corner of Camelback Road and Central Avenue, this 11-story office building constructed in 1985 has a new life ahead – as luxury apartments. In 2017, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) voted the location as the “Hottest Intersection in Metro Phoenix”.

This 203,122 SF office building with 5 levels of below grade parking (precast concrete) is being converting to accommodate retail at the ground floor with luxury apartments above. A roof-top pool, floor infill framing on all levels, new slab openings for elevator shafts and pipes, an entry shade canopy, grand steel stair structure, validation of existing structural floor slabs for new loads are included in the complex structural design.
