Phase I included a 12-story, 300,800 square foot condo tower, a 10-story, 167,247 square foot apartment tower, and a two-level underground garage for the residences. Phase II is comprised of a 12-story 300,800 SF condo tower and a 12-story 300,800 SF apartment tower, also with a two-level underground garage for the residences. While the towers are beautiful, the rooftops are an oasis in the desert with pools, terraces, and gardens.
