The City of Chandler’s largest public parking garage provides 930 parking spaces on 5-levels. Three types of metal panels, mesh fabric and colored LED lights are featured in this Design-Build project. The 293,000 SF structure was designed with the intent to provide future modification to the ground level for retail use. Construction type is CIP concrete (Cunningham Form System).
