Kansas-based Ottawa University expanded to accommodate their recent growth in Arizona. The new 4-story, 77,000 SF student housing building with 83 rooms/340 beds, also includes faculty offices and the campus public safety office. The 2-story 27,000 SF student union includes dining and kitchen space, student lounges, a conference center, Adawe Center, and the OUAZ Fan Shop. The design includes potential future expansion.
