SkySong is a public-private partnership between ASU, the City of Scottsdale and Plaza Companies. This office complex sits on 42 acres, and totals nearly 1.2 million SF of Class-A, LEED Certified office space, in addition to parking structures. PK Associates has provided structural engineering on 6 office buildings and 3 parking garages. Each unique building provides a collaborative environment for businesses, research and technology, and academia. One office building is constructed of post-tensioned CIP concrete, five are steel frame; the parking structures are constructed of precast concrete.
