Located on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake, The Watermark Phase I mixed use development includes 250,000 SF of Class A office and parking space, and 44,000 SF of restaurant and retail space. The office building consists of 8 floors over 2 levels below grade and 7 levels above grade parking. Additionally, an 8 story free-standing parking garage with retail space on the ground level connects via a sky bridge to the 8th floor of the office building.

Future plans include a 360 unit apartment complex, 360,000 SF office building, a 170 room business class hotel as well as more retail, restaurant and parking space. The entire development will consist of 660,000 SF in 8 buildings, ranging from 4 to 25 stories high and provide parking for 5,124 vehicles.
