Located on the north side of the Tempe campus, across from Sun Devil Stadium and Wells Fargo Arena, the fast-track, seven-story 458,000 square foot, 1,582 bed residence and dining hall opened for the 2017 Fall Semester. Fulton Schools Residential Community at Tooker House is home to the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Residential Community. Formerly known as ASU Palo Verde Main Residence Hall, this dormitory features a courtyard and living/learning environment with a 3,500 square foot lab outfitted with resources that cater to the needs of engineering students. The dining facility is 14,000 square feet with seating for 525 students. The original 1967 dorm was demolished to make room for this new building. The project is pursuing LEED® Gold certification.
